Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your HiCreatorz account and all associated data at any time.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your profile, videos, stories, comments, and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, send an email to support@hicreatorz.com with the following:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Your username on HiCreatorz.
- The email address linked to your account.
- A brief confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted.
What Happens Next
After we receive your request, we will verify your identity to protect you from unauthorised deletion requests. Once verified:
- Your account will be deactivated within 3 business days.
- Your personal data, content, and account information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Some anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for legal or operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changed Your Mind?
If you submitted a deletion request and would like to cancel it, email us as soon as possible at support@hicreatorz.com. We can cancel the request if your account has not yet been deleted.
