  • Device and security information — device type, operating system version, app version, and login activity collected for account protection and security purposes.
  • Bug reports and screenshots — if you submit a bug report, we collect your description, device info, and any screenshots you attach.
  • Contact messages — if you contact us via email or support, we store that communication.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and deliver the HiCreatorz platform and its features.
  • Improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.

HiCreatorz uses the following trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Cloudflare Stream — used for video hosting, delivery, and processing. Videos you upload are stored and served via Cloudflare's infrastructure.
  • Supabase — used for authentication, database storage, and file storage (such as profile pictures and photos). Your account data and content metadata are stored in Supabase.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share information necessary to operate the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with the third-party providers listed above strictly to operate and improve the platform. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@hicreatorz.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices — including encrypted connections and secure authentication — to protect your information. No system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of HiCreatorz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
