You may not post, share, or distribute content on HiCreatorz that includes:

• Nudity or sexual content — sexually explicit material, nudity, or content that sexualises any individual.
• Violence — graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against any person or group.
• Hate speech — content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics.
• Harassment and bullying — content designed to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any individual.
• Spam — unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive posts, or any activity that disrupts other users' experience.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, including content relating to illegal activities or substances.
• Copyright abuse — content you do not own or do not have the right to share, including music, videos, images, or other copyrighted material without proper authorisation.
• Misinformation that is intended to deceive or could cause real-world harm.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or share on HiCreatorz. By posting content, you confirm that:

• It does not violate the rights of any third party.
• It complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant HiCreatorz a licence to display and distribute it within the platform.

5. Content Moderation

HiCreatorz reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content or account that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Actions may include:

• Removal of individual posts or content.
• Temporary suspension or restriction of an account.
• Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations.

6. User Conduct

When using HiCreatorz, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and courtesy.
• Not impersonate other individuals or organisations.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others. Notify us immediately at support@hicreatorz.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Payments and Live Features

Monetisation, payments, and live-streaming features are not yet available. When these features launch, they will be subject to additional terms. No purchases or transactions are currently processed on HiCreatorz.

9. Disclaimer

HiCreatorz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from content posted by other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HiCreatorz after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email.
