How to Get Help Faster

To get the fastest resolution, include in your email:

  • Your username and the email address linked to your account.
  • A clear description of the issue or question.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem, if applicable.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings that show the issue.
  • Your device type and app version (found in app settings).

Reporting Harmful Content

If you encounter content that violates our community guidelines, use the in-app report feature on the relevant post or profile. For urgent safety concerns, email safety@hicreatorz.com with the subject line Safety Report. Include the username of the account and a description of the content.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–3 business days. Complex issues may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please email support@hicreatorz.com with the subject line Delete My Account.
