Community Guidelines

HiCreatorz is an 18+ social video platform built for creators to express themselves, discover talent, and build their audience. These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how moderation works. By using HiCreatorz, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Allowed Content
HiCreatorz is a place to create, share, and discover. The following types of content are welcome on the platform:
- Creative short videos and original content
- Entertainment, comedy, and lifestyle content
- Educational videos, tutorials, and how-tos
- Travel, food, dance, music, and fitness content
- Creator stories, vlogs, and personal expression
- Respectful discussion and community interaction
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on HiCreatorz and will result in immediate moderation action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content that exploits, harms, grooms, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way
- Non-consensual sexual content or intimate images shared without consent
- Sexual violence, exploitation, or coercion
- Extreme violence, gore, or graphic harm
- Hate speech or discrimination targeting individuals based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, or national origin
- Threats, bullying, harassment, or targeted abuse of any person
- Terrorism, violent extremism, or content that promotes or glorifies political violence
- Scam, fraud, spam, phishing, or impersonation
- Illegal goods or services, including controlled substances
- Copyright-infringing content or theft of intellectual property
- Private information shared without consent (doxxing)
- Self-harm encouragement, suicide promotion, or dangerous challenges
18+ Platform Rule
HiCreatorz is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. Age verification is required during sign-up. If we determine that a user is under 18, the account will be permanently removed without notice. All content on the platform must comply with applicable laws and platform rules at all times.
Child Safety — Zero Tolerance
HiCreatorz maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits, grooms, sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors. This includes imagery, video, audio, written content, or any other media format. Content of this nature will be immediately removed, the account will be permanently banned, and the case will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and any other appropriate authorities.

Reporting & Moderation
All users can report content, accounts, comments, and behavior that violates these guidelines directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on the nature of the violation, HiCreatorz may take one or more of the following actions:
- Hide or restrict the visibility of the reported content
- Remove content from the platform permanently
- Issue a formal warning to the account
- Temporarily restrict or suspend the account
- Permanently ban the account
- Report the violation to law enforcement or relevant authorities
Appeals
Creators who believe a moderation decision was made in error may submit an appeal where available within the app. Appeals are reviewed by the moderation team and may result in one of the following outcomes:
Approved
The decision is reversed and the content or account is restored.
Rejected
The original moderation decision is upheld.
Returned for more information
Additional context or evidence is needed before a final decision can be made.
Not all moderation actions are eligible for appeal. Actions involving child safety violations, terrorism, or other severe categories are final and cannot be reversed.
Account Enforcement
Enforcement actions vary depending on the severity and frequency of violations:
Warning
Issued for minor or first-time violations. A warning is recorded on your account but does not restrict access.
Temporary Restriction
Your ability to post, comment, or interact may be limited for a set period.
Temporary Suspension
Your account is suspended and you cannot log in or access your content until the suspension ends.
Permanent Ban
Your account is permanently removed from HiCreatorz. Applied for severe or repeated violations.
Content Removal
Specific content that violates these guidelines is removed from the platform.
